Our musical expression is a manifestation of our experiences with life's beauty and pain. We create and play to celebrate it, to make sense of it, to heal from it, and inspire others to embrace it—in all its complexities.

Changing Reign embarked on its musical journey as a rock alternative band 6 years ago, combining 20+ years of individual songcraft including songwriting, vocal, and instrumental performance. Collectively, we create and perform unique, original music and covers in venues in Salt Lake City and across the U.S.
